Neil has always wanted to be a chef. He has a natural talent for cooking and preparing delicious meals. In order to achieve his goal, Neil earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Food Service Management form Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI. Prior to purchasing Fast Eddie's Diner, he was the executive chef and director of food and beverage at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club. His years of experience bring a truly unique flavor to Fast Eddies that he continues to improve. Come try it today!
