Fast Eddie's Diner is a classic 50's style diner owned and operated by Neil Scibelli. Although the menu has hamburgers, hot dogs, wraps & sandwiches, melts, soups and salads, Neil's culinary education and training from Johnson and Wales University, shows in the extraordinary, home-cooked options such as grilled salmon topped with a green onion, lemon butter and served with roasted potatoes and sautéed fresh vegetables.
